Job Description
We are seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Debugging systems, reviewing program logs, identifying system abnormal behaviors, revising system configurations, and communicating between operations and application developers.
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
BS/BA of Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree
 
EXPERIENCE
  • Min. 3+ years of successful work experience as a software support or technical services professional.
  • Min. 3+ years of working experience with Windows server 2008 or later, including windows services and event logs
  • Experience with IIS
  • Experience with SQL Server 2008 or later
  • Experience with XML
  • Black box troubleshooting and debugging
  • Experience with Mac

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and inter-person skills
  • Self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work under fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Willing to work with flexible schedule, including night shift and/or weekends

  • Transportation or maritime experience is a plus
