- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Debugging systems, reviewing program logs, identifying system abnormal behaviors, revising system configurations, and communicating between operations and application developers.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
