Here’s a Tool for Setting Goals

Does the new year always make you think about setting goals? I admire people who know what they want, put their noses to the grindstone, and, voila! They land that job, get their degree, buy a new car, reach their sales goal, or finish reading that really long book that bogged me down in the third chapter… I, on the other hand, have a hard time deciding what I want, and once I do, am sometimes ambivalent about how to go about getting it. If you’re like me, you need a tangible tool to help you get started.

Here’s an easy one to use, and being a visual person myself, I like that it encourages you to paint a mental picture of what you want and how you’ll feel when you achieve it. If you need help setting goals, check out this tool. Then go out there and shoot for the moon!

If one of your goals is to land a new job, learn how to maximize your resume.
