The High Costs of Employee Turnover

Some friends of ours are losing a key employee at their organization. Ouch! Not only do they have to deal with the sadness and disruption this loss involves, but they’ve also got to spend hours sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring a new employee. You’ve probably experienced their pain. So far, they’re finding that the previous employee left some big shoes to fill!

We all strive to avoid employee turnover, but if you need extra motivation to boost your employee retention programs, here’s some food for thought, courtesy of Compliance and Safety.
