James joined Amtec in 2018 with over two decades of sales leadership experience, primarily in the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he has advised countless businesses with structuring for success, and individuals with exceeding employment goals and achieving life goals over the years by utilizing networking, training, and leadership skills. He is excited to be a part of the Amtec family to help match businesses and individuals together to achieve mutual success. He holds degrees in both political science and law.

As the Sales Manager, he has the honor of leading the sales team to partner with their clients to consult with them, advise the best path forward, and provide the right talent solutions.

In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, tech and gadgets, travel, motorcycle and private plane flying, and movies.
