Employers, you’ll want to check out Aflac’s WorkForces Report. They recently conducted an employee benefits study “uncovering the trends, attitudes, and use of employee benefits, offering companies a strategic advantage in the battle for top talent.”
How does this information pertain to you? According to the report, your best employees may be the ones who now want to quit. “Nearly half of U.S. workers are somewhat likely to leave their job this year,” Aflac finds. Those most likely to job-hunt this year think of themselves as the harder workers and the higher achievers. Also, workers who are stressed out are also nearly twice as likely to leave their job as those who are not stressed.
