Here’s an addendum to our recent post on writing an effective job posting to attract the candidates you want. One of our recruiters sent me this great example of a real job posting. It includes the challenge, SEO words, the you-centered style, the whole she-bang! Check it out:

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• 5 years of experience in marketing books or consumer products
• Strong knowledge of the Bible and the evangelical Christian market, especially pastors, Bible study leaders, and Sunday School directors
• Must be adept at wide varieties of data management, software applications, and technologies (CRM, file servers, web applications).
• Must have a customer-centric marketing philosophy
• Must have great communication skills, both in writing, in person & over the phone
